COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT APPOINTS FONDA SNYDER AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT Co-Founder of Storyopolis To Lead Company's Creative Development Initiatives

Montreal, CANADA (May 13, 2004)-Cookie Jar Entertainment, the programming and licensing arm of The Cookie Jar Group, has appointed former Storyopolis Co-Founder and President of Storyopolis Productions, Fonda Snyder to the newly created position of Senior Vice President Creative Development.
In her new position, Snyder will be responsible for identifying, packaging and producing high quality family entertainment properties for the company.

One of the leading executives in the entertainment production field, Ms. Snyder co-founded Los Angeles-based Storyopolis, and headed the company's entertainment and publishing division as its President. She was directly responsible for providing strategic leadership in financial management, product acquisition, marketing, sales and creative development for all Storyopolis-branded properties. The company was created to be an innovative, franchise-oriented family entertainment company specializing in entertainment development and production, book publishing and exhibition and retail space.
Prior to establishing Storyopolis Productions, Ms. Snyder served as a producer for The Starry Night Film Company as well as for Merlin Entertainment, overseeing the production and development of such features films as Photographing Fairies, The Blank Panther and Charlie Chan. She worked with identification and optioning of properties, script development, contract negotiations with talent, and securing of financing from investors.
Ms. Snyder previously served as president of Dolshor Productions, partnering with Martin Short on the development and production of a slate of motion pictures and television projects for Walt Disney-Touchstone Pictures, including So I Married an Axe Murderer, Monopoly and The Tooth Fairy. She also served as Vice President of development for Gene Wilder's production company, Pal-Mel Productions, working to create high quality film and television properties for the actor whose first look producing deals was with Orion and Tri-Star Pictures during her tenure.
