Burbank, CA (June 15, 2010) - Cookie Jar Entertainment is teaming up with CKE Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: CKR) and its Carl's Jr.® and Hardee's® brands this summer for Johnny Test kids' meal promotions in the U.S. and Mexico. Starting June 28th and running through August 24th, 2010, participating U.S. restaurants will offer one of four custom-designed Johnny Test premiums with the purchase of every Cool Kids Combo meal, while supplies last. Carl's Jr. will also kick off a Johnny Test soccer-themed promotion in Mexico from June 7th through July 25th to coincide with the country's World Cup activities.
Cool Kids Combos® featuring "Johnny Test" will be available at approximately 3,000 Carl's Jr. and Hardees restaurants in 43 states across the U.S. This is the first time that Johnny Test toys, based on the popular Cookie Jar Entertainment series, Johnny Test, will be available in the U.S. Additional information will be available at www.carlscoolkids.com and www.hardeescoolkids.com, during the promotion. In Mexico, one of four soccer-themed premiums will be available with the purchase of a kid's meal at nearly 100 Carl's Jr. Restaurants throughout the country, while supplies last.
